<br />I ' <br /> <br />'y <br />.1" <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />DES:em 8/6/70 <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RE,gOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N o. ~j~./ <br /> <br />IlIJG 1 0 . 7{J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO AUTOMOBILES: <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for one four-door sedan automobile and one two- <br /> <br />door hardtop automobile to be used for municipal purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the city Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the city Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing of <br /> <br />one four-door sedan automobile and one two-door hardtop auto- <br /> <br />mobile to be used for municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
