<br /> CGM:vr 7-31-70 <br />~-- .... ... . . <br /> OHIGINAL <br />1 <br />J AUG 3 '7Q <br />J <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. ~J.ff <br /> ---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO READVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR PROPOSED LEASE AGREEMENT FOR CITY OWNED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6335, adopted July 6, 1970, <br /> <br />the City Clerk called for bids for the lease of City owned property <br /> <br />described in that lease agreement entitled "Lease [Jefferson Avenue - <br /> <br />Middlefield Road]" (form dated 5-13-70); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, no bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the city Clerk for the lease of said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to readvertise for bids for the <br /> <br />lease of said property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to readver- <br /> <br />tize for bids for the leasing of said property, in accordance with <br /> <br />that lease agreement entitled "Lease [Jefferson Avenue - Middlefield <br /> <br />Road]" (form dated 5-13-70)h~retofore approved by R~solution No. <br /> <br />6335, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain "Notice <br /> <br />of Call for Bids for Lease of Land and Improvements, in the Vicinity <br /> <br />of Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road, Redwood city." <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
