<br />I <br /> <br />'r -\ <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />R E E.. 0 L U T 1.. 0 N <br /> <br />N O. . ~.d'..? / <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JUL 6 '10 <br />AGREEMENT WITH CALIFORNIA STATE PERSONNEL BOARD <br />FOR CERTAIN TECHNICAL PERSONNEL SERVICES RELATING <br />TO CLASSIFICATION PLAN fu~D SALARY PLAN FOR CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an <br /> <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the State Per- <br /> <br />sonnel Board for the performance of certain techni~al personnel <br /> <br />services relating to the classification plan and salary plan <br /> <br />for the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NO~'l, THEREFORE; <br />~ <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF RED~'lOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLO'i-'lS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and the State Personnel Board entitled l'Agreement" (form <br /> <br />dated 7/6/70), on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made concerning the terms and <br /> <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the Ci ty of Redwood Ci ty; provided, however ,. that <br /> <br />sufficient monies shall have been appropriated and are available <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />for the payment of such services. prior to the time of execution <br /> <br />of said agreement. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
