<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:6/5/70 <br /> <br />t <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />No.~f~~ <br /> <br />Gr{~GiNAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE <br />RELOCATION OF THE HARBOR MASTEK$CONTROL OFFICE AT <br />THE MUNICIPAL MARINA <br /> <br />JU~ 36 9 '10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6287, adopted May 11, <br /> <br />1970, the City Clerk called for bids for the relocation of the <br /> <br />Harbor MasteGcontrol office at the Municipal Marina; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the City Clerk for the relocation of said office; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> <br />to reject all bids received pursuant to said call and to <br /> <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to return all security <br /> <br />deposits received; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Any and all bids received under date of June 3, 1970, <br /> <br />by the City of Redwood city for the relocation of the Harbor <br />Maste~control office at the Municipal Marina, pursuant to call <br /> <br />for bids authorized by Resolution No. 6287, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />2. The City.
