That the State Highways Commission .beand it hereby is <br /> <br />requ~sted to direct that th~ design of vista points offering <br /> <br />outstanding views be included as a standard procedure in the <br /> <br />preparation of freeway and scenic highway plans. <br /> <br />2. That the city Clerk is hereby directed to transmit <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to the Governor of the StEtte of California, <br /> <br />state Senator Richard J. Dol\.,ig, Assemblyman Carl A.
