<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:em 6/5/70 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. hJ/P <br /> <br />ORI0f\\J {\ L' <br />, \J J i '~}-1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT ISSUED BY CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN <br />FRANCISCO (WATER DEPARTMENT) FOR USE OF CERTAIN REAL <br />PROPERTY IN VICINITY OF OAK KNOLL DRIVE AND CANYON <br />ROAD FOR PARK AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES <br /> <br />JUN 15 '7(J <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council a <br /> <br />revocable permit issued by the Public Utilities Commission <br /> <br />of the City and County of San Francisco permitting the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City to occupy and utilize certain portions of the <br /> <br />Retch Hetchy right-of-way in the vicinity of Oak Knoll Drive <br /> <br />and canyon Road for park and recreational uses, subject to <br /> <br />certain conditions set forth in said permit: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the terms of the <br /> <br />permit and desires to authorize its acceptance; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain revocable permit entitled "San Francisco <br /> <br />Water Department Land Use Permit" with drawing No. B-3333 <br /> <br />dated May 13, 1970 attached, providing for the use by the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City of a portion of the San Francisco Water Depart- <br />ment's right of way in the vicinity of Oak Knoll Drive and <br /> <br />Canyon Road (commonly known as canyon Road park) for park and <br /> <br />recreational purposes, a copy of which permit is presently on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the city Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
