'.I/J <br /> <br />JUN ;.') '70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS <br />OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />- FRANK R. AND BEVERLY R. AIELLO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to section 30.6 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, the Planning Conunission has recommended approval <br /> <br />of the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described for exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the <br /> <br />Code of the City of Redwood City to allow Lot 1 of the proposed <br /> <br />subdivision to have less than 50 feet of street frontage, and <br /> <br />to allow Lot 2 to have less than 50 feet of street frontage and <br /> <br />an average lot width of less than 50 feet: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property for which application for exception <br /> <br />is made is that certain real property situate in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />790, 791 Bain Place; being portion of Lot 1, <br />Block 29, Oak Knoll Manor; Assessor's Parcel <br />No. 57-192-(21, 27, 28); R-l District: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to <br /> <br />this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist <br /> <br />which affect said property; the exceptions applied for are <br /> <br />necessary for preservation and enjoyment of substantial property <br /> <br />rights of petitioner; that the granting of said exceptions will <br /> <br />not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other <br /> <br />property in the neighborhood; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Pursuant.to the'provisions .of Chapter 30 of the Code <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, exception to the provisions of <br /> <br />section 30.63 of said Code is hereby granted for the above <br />
