AND BEVERLY R. AIELLO WHEREAS, pursuant to section 30.6 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, the Planning Conunission has recommended approval of the application of the owners of the real property hereinafter described for exceptions to the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to allow Lot 1 of the proposed subdivision to have less than 50 feet of street frontage, and to allow Lot 2 to have less than 50 feet of street frontage and an average lot width of less than 50 feet: and WHEREAS, the property for which application for exception is made is that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: 790, 791 Bain Place; being portion of Lot 1, Block 29, Oak Knoll Manor; Assessor's Parcel No. 57-192-(21, 27, 28); R-l District: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found and reported to this Council that exceptional circumstances and conditions exist which affect said property; the exceptions applied for are necessary for preservation and enjoyment of substantial property rights of petitioner; that the granting of said exceptions will not be detrimental to the public welfare or be injurious to other property in the neighborhood; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1.
