<br />. <br /> <br />e4:em <br /> <br />:VJ3~70;i ' <br />.uHJGlN.AL <br />~ lU 'I" <br /> <br />RESOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. bA3E <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE HYDRAULIC <br />SEWER CLEANER, LATEST MODEL: AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to the Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for one hydraulic sewer cleaner, latest model, <br /> <br />to be used for municipal purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the city Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, con- <br /> <br />sisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing of <br /> <br />o~e hydraulic sewer cleaner, latest model, to be used for municipal <br /> <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
