I,;).~'; <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR DATA <br />PROCESSING EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND SERVICE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires data processing <br /> <br />equipment for use for municipal purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement and a supplement thereto providing for the <br /> <br />rental and use of certain data processing equipment and service <br /> <br />therefor: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to enter into said agreement <br /> <br />and supplement for the rental and use of said equipment and the <br /> <br />servicing thereof: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE.: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for IBM Machine <br /> <br />Service" and that certain supplement to said agreement entitled <br /> <br />"systems Supplement to Agreement for IBM Machine Service," each <br /> <br />by and between the City of Redwood city and International Business <br /> <br />Machines Corporation, at the rentals and rates therein provided, <br /> <br />which agreement and supplement are on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, to which agreement and <br /> <br />supplement reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, are, and each of them is, hereby approved, and the city <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized to execute the same, and each of <br /> <br />them, for and on behalf of the city of Redwood city. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
