<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CGM:yc:3/2/70 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />MAR 2 '10 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. -(P2-3\ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE HARBOR BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS - <br />BAYSHORE FREEWAY TO MUNICIPAL MARINA; AND AUTHORIZING <br />CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of the Harbor <br /> <br />Boulevard Improvement - Bayshore Freeway to Municipal Marina, <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call <br /> <br />for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Harbor Boulevard Improve- <br /> <br />ments" and those certain specifications entitled "General <br /> <br />Specifications and Special provisions for the Construction of <br /> <br />Harbor Boulevard Improvement - Bayshore Freeway to Municipal <br /> <br />Marina - in the City of Redwood City, California," prepared in <br /> <br />the office of the City Engineer and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />city Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to . <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned spec- <br /> <br />ifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
