<br />It <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:3/2/70 <br /> <br />OR\G\NAL <br /> <br />11M 2 10 <br /> <br />RESOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. to 2.~C <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />FOR COST PARTICIPATION IN CONNECTION WITH HARBOR <br />BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to widen and <br /> <br />improve portions of Harbor Boulevard, said portions located <br /> <br />generally between Bayshore Freeway to the northerly line of <br /> <br />the Redwood City Municipal Marina, in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company operates and <br /> <br />maintains a high pressure gas main within said portions of <br /> <br />Harbor Boulevard: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pacific Gas and Electric Company has agreed to <br /> <br />share the cost of constructing and installing a protective <br /> <br />concrete cap over the aforesaid gas main in connection with the <br /> <br />construction and installation of said Harbor Boulevard: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to accept Pacific <br /> <br />Gas and Electric Company's agreement to share said costs: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the-aforesaid agreement has been presented to this <br /> <br />Council and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve the same and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Cost <br /> <br />Participation - Harbor Boulevard Improvements (Pacific Gas and <br /> <br />Electric Company), by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />
