G,22.4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR NEGOTIATION SERVICES IN CONNECTION <br />WITH STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENTS UNDER GENERAL IMPROVE- <br />MENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65, PROJECT UNIT SD-20, <br />EMERALD BRANCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that it shall proceed <br /> <br />with acquisition of storm drainage easements in certain parcels <br /> <br />of real property in connection with General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-65, Project Unit SD-20, Emerald Branch; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment for negotiation services in connection with the acquisition <br /> <br />of storm drainage easements in certain parcels of real property <br /> <br />designated therein; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled "Negotiation Services - <br /> <br />Storm Drainage Facilities," providing for negotiation services <br /> <br />of Frank W. Rongey, copies of which are on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk, and by this reference made a part hereof, <br /> <br />are hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute same on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
