PUMPERS); AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents for two fire engines (1500 G.P.M. pumpers) to <br /> <br />be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain contract documents prepared by the Fire <br /> <br />Department and on file in the office of the City Clerk consisting <br /> <br />of Notice of Sealed Bids, Instructions to Bidders, General Spec- <br /> <br />ifications, Technical Specifications, Agreement, Bid Proposal, <br /> <br />Data Tabulation Sheet, and plans, for the furnishing of two <br /> <br />fire engines (l500 G.P.M. pumpers) to be used for municipal <br /> <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned contract documents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
