<br />. <br /> <br />DES.ek 2/5/70 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REE.OLUT!.ON <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />(O'zt8 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />FEB970 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR FURNISHING <br />OF HYDRAULIC SEWER CLEANER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. Gl88, adopted January 5, <br /> <br />1970, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of one <br /> <br />hydraulic sewer cleaner to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call bids were received and <br /> <br />filed with the city Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />reject all bids received for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. All bids received by the ~ity of Redwood city, opened <br /> <br />January 28, 1970, for the furnishing of one hydraulic sewer <br /> <br />cleaner, to be used for municipal p~rposes, are hereby rejected, <br /> <br />and the City Clerk is hereby directed to return to said bidders <br /> <br />all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
