<br />~ <br /> <br />DEs.ek 2/2/70 <br /> <br />. .. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />REE.OLUTI.ON <br /> <br />N O. _~ <br /> <br />fEa 2 7() <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR FURNISHING OF <br />ONE VIBRATING ROLLER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 6188, adopted January 5, <br /> <br />1970, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing of one <br /> <br />vibrating roller to be used for municipal purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received and filed <br /> <br />with the City Clerk for the furnishing of said equ~ment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, RICKER ~~CHINERY CO., Oakland, Cdlifornia, is the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of sa~d vibrating <br /> <br />roller, and it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />award said bid to said Ricker Machinery Co.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF'THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of RICKER MACHINERY CO., in the total net <br /> <br />delivered price to the City of Redwood City of ~vo Thou~and <br /> <br />Seven Hundred Forty-five and 75/100 Dollars ($2,745.75) for <br /> <br />the furnishing of one vibrating roller, in accordance with the <br /> <br />specifications therefor, is hereby ~ccepted and said bidder <br /> <br />is hereby declared to be the lowest responsible bidder for the <br /> <br />furnishing of said equipment. <br /> <br />-~ 2. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 <br /> <br />hereof are hereby waived. <br /> <br />3. Any and all other bids received by the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City for the furnishing of the above mentioned equipment, other <br /> <br />than the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
