HARRIET DRIVON is hereby appointed to the offices of <br /> <br />City Treasurer and City Collector from and after the 26th day <br /> <br />of January, 1970, and shall perform the duties of the consolidated <br /> <br />office of City Treasurer and City Collector from and after said <br /> <br />date. <br /> <br />2.
