ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JAIl 26 '10, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING EXCLUSION OF ANNEXED TERRITORY <br />BEING A PART OF THAT ANNEY.ATION "KNOvIN AS IIEDGEl^lOOD <br />HILLS ANNEXATION" FROr'1 E.\1ERALD LAKE HEIGHTS SB'lER <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />'~HERFAS, the hereinafter described territory, being a part <br /> <br />of that annexation territory known as "Edgewood Hill,s Annexation," <br /> <br />was annexed to the City of ~edwood City by Ordinance No. 1245, <br /> <br />said annexation being effective on July 7, 1966i and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said territory is {ncluded in the Emerald Lake <br /> <br />Heights Se~er Maintenance District; and <br /> <br />WHERF~S, the, public interest and convenience require that <br /> <br />the hereinafter described territory be excluded from the Emerald <br /> <br />Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District; <br /> <br />NON, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOVlS: <br /> <br />l. Pursuant to the provisions of section 4926 of the Health <br /> <br />and Safety Code of the State of .California, request is hereby <br /> <br />made that the hereinafter described property, being,a part of <br /> <br />tha t annexation knoi,'l!1 as II Edge\vood H~lls Annexa tion, II be excluded <br /> <br />from the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward certified <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to the San Mateo County Board of <br /> <br />Supervisors, and the San Mateo County Local Agency Formation <br /> <br />commission. <br /> <br />3.
