<br />, <br /> <br />- <br />"', <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:l/2l/70 <br /> <br />ORIGINAl.! <br /> <br />JM 26 '7Q <br /> <br />(p~o \ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT WITH COUNTY OF SAN MATEO FOR USE <br />OF COUNTY LANDS FOR SANITARY SEWERAGE FACILITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, in connection with the <br /> <br />construction of sanitary sewerage facilities for the Strategic <br /> <br />Consolidation Sewerage plan (which plan is administered by the <br /> <br />Joint Powers Authority for the strategic Consolidation Sewerage <br /> <br />Plan, an entity provided for and existing by agreement entered <br /> <br />pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 5 of Division 7, Title l, <br /> <br />of the Government Code of the State of California, dated June 26, <br /> <br />1969, by and between the cities of Belmont, Redwood City, and <br /> <br />San Carlos, California), requires permission to use certain <br /> <br />lands owned by the County of San Mateo, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council a revocable permit providing for such permission to use <br /> <br />said lands for such purposes, and it is the desire and intention <br /> <br />of this Council to approve and authorize the execution thereof: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. That certain permit entitled "Revocable Permit," granting <br /> <br />to the City of Redwood City permission to enter certain real <br /> <br />property of the County of San Mateo therein described for the <br /> <br />purpose of constructing and maintaining the underground outfall <br /> <br />force main described in said permit, which permit is on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which reference is made for the <br /> <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and <br /> <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the same for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
