<br />. .f <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:12/30/69 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />(Ol~ <br /> <br />OR'"':"''' L <br />iujl\H <br /> <br />.' ..IAN.5 'IQ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR ONE ONE-TON <br />TRUCK CAB AND CHASSIS AND TWO TWO-TON DUMP TRUCKS; <br />FIVE AUTOMOBILES; ONE AUTOMOBILE; ONE TRUCK (VAN TYPE) ; <br />ONE VIBRATING ROLLER; AND ONE HYDRAULIC SEWER CLEANER; <br />AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for the following equipment to be used for <br /> <br />municipal purposes: <br /> <br />(a) One I-ton Truck Cab and Chassis and two 2-ton Dump <br />Trucks; <br /> <br />(b) Five, latest model, 4-door Sedan Automobiles; <br /> <br />(c) One, latest model, 4-door Sedan Automobile; <br /> <br />(d) One Truck (Van Type) ; <br /> <br />(e) One Vibrating Roller; and <br /> <br />(f). One Hydraulic Sewer Cleaner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />specifications, bid sheets and agreement, for the furnishing of <br /> <br />one I-ton Truck Cab and Chassis and two 2-ton Dump Trucks; five <br /> <br />latest model, 4-door Sedan Automobiles; one latest model, 4-door <br /> <br />Sedan Automobile; one Truck (Van Type); one Vibrating Roller; <br /> <br />and one Hydraulic Sewer Cleaner; to be used for municipal purposes, <br /> <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
