(OlB5 JAN S 'le) RESOLUTION ORDERING REFUND OF TAXES (GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64) WHEREAS, a verified claim for a refund of taxes in the amount of Five Hundred Ninety-one and 40/100 Dollars ($591.40) levied and collected for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1967, and ending June 30, 1968, and in the amount of Seven Hundred Ninety-two and 12/100 Dollars ($792.12) levied and collected for the fiscal year commencing July I, 1968, and ending June 30, 1969, has been filed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a public utility; and WHEREAS, the aforesaid taxes were levied and collected by and for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the amounts, and for the fiscal years, hereinabove set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Assessor, acting as Assessor for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, has investigated the claim and has reported to this Council that said taxes were erroneously levied and collected for the reason that the property against which said taxes were levied is situate outside the boundaries of General Improvement District No. 1-64; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the foregoing recitals are, and the same are hereby found to be, true. 2. That the Treasurer of the City of Redwood City shall, and she is hereby ordered forthwith to, refund and return to the above mentioned claimant, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the total sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-three and 52/100 Dollars ($1,383.52) in refund of taxes paid by said claimant in the amounts, and for the fiscal years, hereinabove designated. * * *
