<br /> <br />... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:ll/17/69 <br /> <br />Ll <br /> <br /><allot <br /> <br />,'5, <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC AGENCY PERMIT FROM THE <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, application has been made to the State Lands <br /> <br />Commission of the state of California for a permit to construct, <br /> <br />operate and maintain a sewer outfall and construction easements <br /> <br />extending generally from the northeasterly portion of Redwood <br /> <br />Peninsula to the deepwater area of San Francisco Bay, for use <br /> <br />in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance <br /> <br />of facilities to be provided under the Strategic Consolidated <br /> <br />Sewerage plan: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council the <br /> <br />aforesaid permit for a term of 49 years (beginning October 1, <br /> <br />1969X with regard to the sewer outfall, and for the period <br /> <br />October 1, 1969, to September 30, 1970, with regard to the <br /> <br />construction easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to accept said <br /> <br />permit and authorize its execution: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain public agency permit entitled "State of <br /> <br />California - State Lands Commission - No. <br /> <br />- Public <br /> <br />Resources Code Series" (document form 51.2), a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the city Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and accepted, and the City Manager is hereby authorized <br /> <br />to execute said permit for the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />transmit copies of this resolution to the State Lands Commission <br />
