MOORE ON THE OCCASION OF HER <br />RETIRE11ENT FROM THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the retirement of HELEN C. MOORE as City <br />Clerk-Treasurer-Collector, marks the end of a long and <br />dedicated career of public service; and <br /> <br />\~REAS, this Council as well as the entire Redwood <br />City municipal IIfamily,/I will truly miss Helen, her many <br />laudatory achievements, her store of knowledge, and her <br />invaluable participation in the many phases of our muni- <br />cipal government; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the occasion of her retirement, accepted <br />with deep regret, this Council wishes to express to Helen, <br />its high regard for her professional competence 1 its <br />friendship, and above all, its appreciation for her <br />services and contributions to the well-being of the City; <br /> <br />NOlv, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOid'S': <br /> <br />That this Council extends its sincere congratulations <br />to HELEN C.
