<br />, <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:10/16/69 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />ORIGIN.AU <br /> <br />OCT 20 .~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO. ~ 1..3 0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES <br />(CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX) AND AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City intends to construct a <br /> <br />civic center complex and related facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires expert real <br /> <br />property appraisal services for use in acquiring such property <br /> <br />necessary for the construction of said complex; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C. Warren Fox, Menlo Park, California, has repre- <br /> <br />sented that he is qualified and expert in furnishing real <br /> <br />property appraisal services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires and elects to <br /> <br />engage C. Warren Fox to perform such appraisal services, and <br /> <br />this Council wishes to enter into an agreement for such services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Appraisal <br /> <br />Services (Civic Center Complex) IJ by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and C. Warren Fox, a copy of which is presently <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars concerning the terms and <br />conditions thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
