D !('l i ~;l f\ L <br />ll'lt~!~,:jt'"l <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. 6/{3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF <br />PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF 640 VETERANS BOULEVARD, <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, AND APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Use Permit U68-12, approved March 26, <br /> <br />1968, an improvement agreement is required for the construction <br /> <br />of certain improvements consisting of curb, gutter, sidewalks, <br /> <br />and pavement widening, within the public right of way in the <br /> <br />vicinity of 640 Veterans Boulevard, Redwood City, california; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council plans <br /> <br />for construction of the aforesaid improvements and an agreement <br /> <br />providing for their construction and the performance by the use <br /> <br />permittee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve said plans and <br /> <br />agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain proposed agreement between the City of Redwood <br />City and Chrysler Realty Corp, entitled "Agreement for Improvements <br /> <br />of Certain Property in Connection with Use Permit U68-12, dated <br /> <br />March 26, 1968, a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Department of Public Works, is hereby approved, and those improve- <br /> <br />ment plans entitled "Off-site Improvement Plan, Miles Dodge Site, <br /> <br />Veterans Boulevard, Redwood City, California," are hereby approved. <br /> <br />The City Manager is hereby directed and authorized to execute <br /> <br />the agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
