Sealed proposals or bids are hereby invited for doing all of the work described in Resolution of Intention No. "07 adopted by said Council on September 22, 1969, to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particulars. 2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a notice in the time, form and manner required by law, conspicuously, on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of Redwood City, inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the improvements described in Resolution of Inten- tion No. "'tJ, 3. The Clerk of Redwood City is ordered and directed to publish a notice inviting sealed proposals or bids for the work des- cribed in Resolution of Intention No. "0 L for the period re- quired by law, in the REDWOOD CITY TRIBUNE, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper of general circulation, published, printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said City. Said notice shall refer to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and specifications on file in the office of the City Clerk for a detailed description of the work to be done. 4. Said sealed proposals or bids will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the Council of Redwood City in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, Redwood City, California, at or about the hour of 7:30 P.M. on October 20, 1969, and all bids must be filed with the Clerk of the Council of Redwood City on or before 5:00 P.M. on October 20, 1969, at the City Hall, Redwood City, California. * * * * * * * * * *
