<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />SfP 22 'ga <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br />RESOLUTION FIXING MINIMUM WAGE SCALE <br /> <br />OAK KNOLL - CANYON LANE & VICINITY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer of Redwood City has ascertained <br /> <br />the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in <br /> <br />which said public work is proposed to be performed for work of a <br /> <br />similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention No. <br /> <br />"" ,-, adopted September 22, 1969, by the Council of Redwood Ci ty; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said rate of per diem wages is set forth and con- <br /> <br /> <br />tained in the specifications for said project, copies of which are <br /> <br />on file in the office of said Engineer and also in the office of the <br /> <br />Clerk of said City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has duly considered said <br /> <br />scale and finds the same to be correct in all particulars; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of Redwood City resolves as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the following wage scale, hereinafter set forth in <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, <br /> <br />is hereby adopted as the prevailing rate of per diem wages for work <br /> <br />of a similar character to that above described in the locality in <br /> <br />which said public work is proposed to be performed. <br /> <br />2. That no less than said general prevailing rate of per <br /> <br />diem wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under <br />Resolution of Intention No. "CD 7 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br />
