<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:9/8/69 <br /> <br />OR\GINAL <br /> <br />SfP81B <br /> <br />RESOLUT.!ON <br /> <br />N O. hc93. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER WORK <br />SUPPLIES: AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for "Water Work Supplies" to be used for municipal <br /> <br />purposes: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the furnishing of said equipment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE : <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders and <br /> <br />general conditions and agreement, for the furnishing of "Water <br /> <br />Work Supplies," to be used by the Water Department for municipal <br /> <br />purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said material in <br /> <br />accordance with the specifications therefor, said advertisement <br /> <br />to be in the form of that certain notice of sealed bids set <br /> <br />forth in the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
