RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE TO STATE OF CALIFORNIA OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY INTERESTS PURSUANT TO AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, the County of San Mateo, and the State of california have heretofore entered into a cooperative agreement for joint participation for construction of improvements on existing State Highway Route 114 (Woodside Road) between State Route 280, northerly to Locust Street, said agreement having been approved by Resolution No. 5254, adopted January 23, 1967, by the Council of the City of Redwood City; and WHEREAS, pursuant to section II, paragraph 3, of said agreement, the City of Redwood City agreed to convey its interest in certain parcels of real property to the State of california heretofore dedicated to public use for rights of way, street and public utility purposes, for use by the State for such purposes in connection with the construction of the above mentioned Woodside Road improvements; and WHEREAS, the State of california has requested that said real property interests be now conveyed to the State; NOW, THEREFORE; BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: Pursuant to Section II, paragraph 3, of the above mentioned agreement, and in consideration of the covenants and conditions to be kept and performed by the State of California and the County of San Mateo as set forth in said agreement, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a conveyancing document, in form approved by the City Attorney, conveying to the State of California all of the city's right, title or interest in and to the real property referred to in the above mentioned agreement and more particularly described in "Exhibit A" hereof as Parcels A through L.." inclusive. * * *
