<br />~'(; - <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:9/3/69 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />SEP 8 .is <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. b()9'O <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VAcr~TING AND ABA~IDONING EASEMENTS FOR <br />PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES AND WIRE CLEARANCE PURPOSES <br />IN LOT 20, BLOCK 2, FARM HILL ESTATES NO.1. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuani: to the provisions of Article 5 (cor~lencing <br /> <br />at ~50430) of Chapter 2, Part 1, Division I, Title 5, of the <br /> <br />Government Code, the Council of the City of Redwood City has, <br /> <br />by its Resolution No. 6074, adopted August 18, 1969, declared <br /> <br />its intention to vacate those certain portions of a public <br /> <br />utility easement and a wire clearance easement, both located <br /> <br />in Lot 20, Block 2, "Farm Hill Estates No. I," Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, and shown on that map filed in the office of the <br /> <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, January 16, 1962, in Volume 55 of <br /> <br />Maps at pages 39 and 40; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said provisions notice of intention <br /> <br />to vacate and abandon the above mentioned public utility and <br /> <br />wire clearance easements has been published and posted; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and evidence taken; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLO~vS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City finds that the <br /> <br />hereinafter described public utility easement and wire clearance <br /> <br />easement are unnecessary for present or prospective public use. <br /> <br />2. The above mentioned portions of the easements which <br /> <br />are to be vacated are described as follows: <br />
