<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:8/29/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />SEP 3 'tJa <br /> <br />RESOLUT1.0N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />bfJi'i!. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR REDWOOD CITY <br />GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, RELATING TO <br />MARLIN SUBDIVIS ION NO.3; AND AUTHORIZ ING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of certain public <br /> <br />improvements, including streets, water system facilities, <br /> <br />sanitary sewers, and storm drainage facilities, and all <br /> <br />associated facilities and appurtenances required for Redwood <br /> <br />City General Improvement District No. 1-64, relating to Marlin <br /> <br />SUbdivision No.3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />call for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled, "Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 - Redwood City, Californi~ - <br /> <br />Job Title: Marlin subdivision No.3," and those certain <br /> <br />specifications, entitled, "specifications - Marlin subdivision <br /> <br />No. 3 Improvements -(64~4-:58) - for Redwood City General Improve- <br /> <br />ment District No. 1-64," prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & <br /> <br />Mendenhall, and which are on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />public improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />"Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.* <br />
