<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 6075 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CHANGING NAME OF THAT PORTION OF SHOREWAY <br />ROAD LYING WITHIN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO MARRIOTT <br />DRIVE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That this Council hereby finds, pursuant to Section <br />34091.1 of the Government Code of the state of California, <br />that the name of all that portion of Shoreway Road lying within <br />the City of Redwood City in the vicinity of the Ralston street <br /> <br />overpass over Bayshore Freeway, should be changed to Marriott <br /> <br /> <br />Drive, and does hereby designate said portion of Shoreway Road <br /> <br /> <br />as Marriott Drive. <br /> <br />2. That this resolution shall become effective only <br />upon the adoption of a resolution by the Council of the City of <br />Belmont changing the name of that portion of the extension of <br />Shoreway Road lying within the City of Belmont to Marriott Drive. <br />3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit a <br />copy of this resolution to the Council of the City of Belmont, <br />and, further, that the City Clerk upon receipt of a certified <br />copy of the resolution duly adopted by the Council of the City <br /> <br />of Belmont referred to in paragraph 2 hereinabove, and pursuant <br />to Section 34092 of the Government Code of the State of California, <br />is hereby directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the <br />Board of Supervisors of San Mateo County; and likewise upon <br />receipt of a certified copy of the resolution duly adopted by <br />the Council of the City of Belmont referred to in paragraph 2 <br />hereinabove, the City Clerk is also directed to transmit a copy <br />of this resolution to the United States Post Office. <br /> <br />* * * * * <br /> <br />J A l <br />t""'~""~ 4 .l:~",,~f . ~A..., ~ \""." <br />,. .. /\ j '..t:~.., ,r f' I <br />V~/~t;.v I....
