P-1400 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE YACHT <br /> HARBOR DREDGING AND REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> ( ) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City, acting by and through its <br />Board of Port Commissioners, requires engineering services for the <br />Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project at the Port of <br />Redwood City, City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, URS Consultants Engineers ., represents that it <br />is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform <br /> <br />the unique aforesaid services required for the Project; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Engineering <br />Services for Yacht Harbor Dredging and Rehabilitation Project", <br />(form dated 3/04/93) by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, and <br /> <br /> URS Consultants Engineers of Portland, Oregon , <br /> <br /> , for the performance of said services, <br />a copy of w~ich agreement is on file in the office of the Port <br />Manager, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the President and <br />Secretary of the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of <br />Redwood City are hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
