<br />. <br /> <br />~ DES:em 8/18/69 <br /> <br />On','i~l'! 1\' I <br />HJU~j\;H_ <br /> <br />/' <br /> <br />RES 0 L U T .! 0 N N O. <br /> <br />h~'3 <br /> <br />AUG 18 W <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR TWO PRE-FABRICATED <br />METAL COMFORT STATIONS TO BE PURCHASED BY THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY: AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for two pre-fabricated metal comfort stations to <br /> <br />be installed in the Andrew Spinas Park and in Mezes Park in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications and desires to signify its approval thereof and <br /> <br />authorize the City Clerk to advertise for the furnishing of <br /> <br />said equipment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "City of Redwood <br /> <br />city, California, Bid Documents for Pre-Fabricated Metal Comfort <br />Station - Number Required: .Two (2)," prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Park Superintendent and on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, for the furnishing of the above mentioned equipment therein <br />described for municipal purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said equipment designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
