<br />DES.ek 7/30/69 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />/q;4 .~ <br /> <br />REE.OLUT.!.ON <br /> <br />NO. hlJ/:,( <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFIC~IONS FOR <br />BELMONT DRAIN IMPROVEMENT, PHASE II, FOR REDWOOD <br />CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64: AND, <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of improvements <br /> <br />relating to Belmont Drain, Phase II, for General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to advertise for bids for the doing of said work; <br /> <br />NO~'l, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled IIRedwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, Redwood City, California - <br /> <br />Construction Drawings for Belmont Drain Improvements, Phase 1111 <br /> <br />and those certain specifications entitled "Specifications, <br /> <br />Redwood Shores, Belmont Drain Improvement Phase II, 645-4-52, <br /> <br />for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64,11 <br /> <br />as prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, and on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications <br /> <br />therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain <br /> <br />IINotice to Contractorsll set forth in the above mentioned <br /> <br />specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
