'(f')S3 RESOLUTION DECLARING CERTAIN DESCRIBED CITY-OWNED REAL , PROPERTY SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING ITS SALE WITHOUT PUBLIC NOTICE OR BID WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is in receipt of an offer from CHRYSLER REALryy CORPORATION to purchase certain hereinafter described City-owned real property at a purchase price of Two Hundred and Twenty Five Dollars ($22~.00): and WHEREAS, the Assessor of the City of Redwood City has appraised said property and has reported that the fair market value thereof is Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00):' and WHEREAS this Council has r~ceived evidence that the here- , inafter described property is rot needed for present or prospective municipal purposes; and WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to sell the hereinafter described property in accordance 'with Section 3-1/2 of the charter of the city of Redwood City at the current market value thereof as determined by the city Assessor: NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: l. That this Council hereby finds and determines that the hereinafter described parcel of real property is not needed for present or future ~unicipal purposes and hereby declares said real property to be surplus. 2. That this Council hereby finds and determines that the current market value of the hereinafter described parcel ,of real property is Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00). 3..That the Mayor and city Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a quit claim deed for the sale of the hereinafter described parcel of real property in accordance with subdivision (d); of Section 3-1/2 of the Charter of Redwood City, without public notice
