(o().$ iL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING PUBLIC STREET BETWEEN VALOTA <br />ROAD AND SIERRA STREET AS KANSAS STREET <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That this Council hereby finds, pursuant to section 34091.1 <br /> <br />of the Government Code of the state of California, that that unnamed <br /> <br />public street between Valota Road and Sierra Street, located <br /> <br />southeasterly of and parallel to Pecan Court, should be designated <br /> <br />Kansas Street, and does hereby designate said City street as <br /> <br />Kansas Street. <br /> <br />2. That the City Clerk, pursuant to section 34092 'of the <br /> <br />Government Code of the State of California, is hereby directed <br />to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />of the County of San Mateo: and the City Clerk is also directed <br /> <br />to transmit a copy of this resolution to the united States Post <br /> <br />Office. <br /> <br />3.
