I,oS-1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGE PAR~~AY BRIDGE FOR <br />RED~vOOD CITY GEN~Rl~L I1-1PROVEMENT DISTRIC1' <br />NO. 1-64; AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have 'been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of a bridge for <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />Bridge Parkway and all associated facilities and appurtenarices <br /> <br />required, for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires <br /> <br />to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk <br /> <br />to call for bids for the construction of said improvements; <br /> <br />NO~\T, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY Tfill COUNCIL OF TI-lli CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLO~.yS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled IIRed\vood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, City of Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />Job Title: Bridge Parkway Bridge," and those certain speci- <br /> <br />fications entitled IISp,ecifications, Redwood Shores', Bridge <br /> <br />Parkway Bridge, 645-4-67, for Redwood City General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64," prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & <br /> <br />Mendenhall, and 'on file in the office of the City Clerk, are <br /> <br />hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and, directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned <br /> <br />public improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br /> <br />tions therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that <br /> <br />certain llNotice to Contractors" set forth in the above men- <br /> <br />tioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
