<br />,~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />JHT:yc:7/l4/69 <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />OR1GI1~At <br /> <br />dll'!{ ~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. 6o~R <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFI~TIONS FOR <br />PARKWAY FENCING - PENINSULA PARKWAY SECTION-l, <br />BRIDGE PARKWAY SECTION-l FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64: AND AUTHORIZING CITY <br />CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of Parkway Fencing <br /> <br />- Peninsula Parkway Section-I, Bridge Parkway section-l for <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 in "the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood city General <br /> <br />Improvement District 1-64, Redwood City, California - Construction <br /> <br />Drawings for Parkway Fencing - peninsula Parkway Section-l - <br /> <br />Bridge Parkway Section-I" and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Specifications for Parkway Fencing - Peninsula Parkway <br /> <br />Section 1 - Bridge Parkway Section 1 - Redwood City, California," <br /> <br />as prepared by Ribera & Sue, and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of said work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain Notice to Contractors set forth in <br /> <br />the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
