""Ii. <br /> DES:yc:6/20/69 <br />-: <br />"- ORIGINAL <br /> JUN 23 l1 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. if))./ <br /> ---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AMENDMENT TO <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONTINUED CONSULTING SERVICES (URBAN <br />DESIGN) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City entered into an agreement <br /> <br />dated January 6, 1969, with Michael MCDougall, Urban Designer <br /> <br />and Planner, to furnish certain urban design consulting services <br /> <br />in connection with the design of certain street furniture for <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, paragraph 6 of said agreement provides that the <br /> <br />terms and provisions thereof may be from time to time amended <br /> <br />by mutual consent of the parties thereto: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to amend said agreement to <br /> <br />provide for the performance of urban design consulting services <br /> <br />throughout the City of Redwood City, as well as General Improvement <br /> <br />District No. 1-64 and to increase the amount of total compensation <br /> <br />authorized under the agreement: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to the above mentioned agreement <br /> <br />(which agreement is dated January 6, 1969), entitled "Amendment <br /> <br />to Agreement for Continued Consulting Services (Urban Design), <br /> <br />Redwood City, california," copies of which are presently on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copies reference is <br /> <br />hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
