T <br />R <br />ESOLUTION NO. p / <br />jji 23 <br />PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $2,340,000 PRINCIPAL <br />AMOUNT OF REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 1-64 1964 FACILITIES BONDS, SERIES D; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SALE THEREOF. <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br />on July 6, 1964, duly adopted its Resolution No. 4352, on <br />February 28, 1966, duly adopted its Resolution No. 4934, and <br />on April 4, 1966, duly adopted its Resolution No. 4985 (which <br />resolutions are herein together called the "Resolution"), <br />providing for the issuance of $lOb,227,000 principal amount <br />of Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 1964 <br />Facilities Bonds and $1,150,000 principal amount of Series A <br />Bonds of said issue, providing for the levy of a tax to pay <br />the principal of and interest on the bonds of said issue, <br />and authorizing and directing sale of the Series A Bonds, and <br />the Council has heretofore duly issued and sold said $1,150,000 <br />principal amount of Series A Bonds pursuant to the Resolution; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the following series of said bonds have here- <br />tofore been issued and sold and the following principal amounts <br />are now outstanding: <br />Series <br />$1,150,000 Series A <br />$1,645,000 Series B <br />$4,430,000 Series C <br />Principal Amount Outstanding <br />$1,130,000 <br />$1,630,000 <br />$4,430,000; and <br />
