<br />. ~-' ~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.s:em:6/12/69 <br /> <br />.. -" <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />JUN 16 "69 <br /> <br />R E 2. 0 L U _T 1. 0 N NO. <br /> <br />60/b <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO DETACIlllliNT OF ANNEXED TERRITORY <br />FROM WOODSIDE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT - EASTVIEW ANNEXATION <br />NO. 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the hereinafter described territory known as <br /> <br />"Eastvie'lll Annexation No. 1" was annexed to the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City by Resolution No. 5990, said annexation being effective <br /> <br />on May 28, 1969j and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Local Agency Formation <br /> <br />Commission, pursuant to Chapter 6.6 of Title 5 of Division 2 of <br /> <br />Part 1 of the Government Code, approved said annexation on the <br /> <br />condition that the territory to be annexed be detached from the <br /> <br />Woodside Fire Protection Distr ict "; <br /> <br />NOV.], THEREFORE I <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />1-\8 :F'OLLOWS: <br /> <br />l~ Consent is hereby given to the detachment of the herein- <br /> <br />after described property known as "Eastview Annexation No. 1," <br /> <br />from the Woodside Fire Protection District in accordance with <br /> <br />the ~rovisions of Division 1 of Title 6 of the California Govern- <br /> <br />ment Code. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to forward certified <br /> <br />copies of this resolution to the State Board of Equalization, the <br /> <br />San Mateo County Assessor, and the Woodside Fire Protection District. <br /> <br />3. The consent to the detachment of the following described <br /> <br />territory from the above mentioned district shall be effective on <br /> <br />the date of adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />4.
