P-1395 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br /> HOPPER AND CONVEYOR SYSTEMS AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Port Commissioners of the <br />City of Redwood City, as follows: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the acquisition of Hopper <br />and Conveyor Systems have been presented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Board; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to signify its approval thereof <br />and authorize and direct the Executive Director to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the acquisition therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br />Documents for Hopper and Conveyor Systems" (form dated <br />10/26/92R), a copy of which documents are on file in the office <br />of the Executive Director, to which reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to advertise for bids for the acquisition of the <br />equipment hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> Regularly passed and adopted by the Board of Port <br />Commissioners of Redwo6d City, this 28th day of <br />October · 1992. <br /> <br /> AYES, and in favor of said resolution, Commissioners: <br /> Bennett, Castle, Dod§e, Small, Smith <br /> <br /> <br />
