RESOLUTION APPROVING, PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64, RELATING TO MARLIN SUBDIVISION NO.1; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain plans and specifications for the construction of certain public improvements, including streets, water system facilit~esi' sanitary sewers, storm drainage facilities, box culverts, retaining walls, sanita~ pump stations, and all associated facilities and appurtenances required for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, relating to Marlin Subdivision No. Ii and WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for the construction of said improvements; NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, City of Redwood City, California, Job Title: Marlin subdivision No.1 Improvements," and those certain specifications entitled "Documents and Specifications, Marlin subdivision No. 1 Improvements - 645-4-42 - for Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64," prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for the construction of the above mentioned public improvements, in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be in the form of that certain "Notice to Contractors" set forth in the above mentioned specifications. * * *
