'1 i <br />MAY 26 '6'9 <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />t". <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />N O. ~-r9& <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF WOODSIDE RELATING TO <br />THE CONSTRUCTION AND FINANCING OF IMPROVEMENTS ON <br />PORTIONS OF ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br /> <br />ment by and between the City of Redwood City and the Town of <br /> <br />Woodside for the construction of improvements to Alameda de las <br /> <br />Pulgas, between Woodside Road and Fernside Street and to provide <br /> <br />for the financing thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and the Town of Woodside entitled "Agreement for Construction <br /> <br />and Financing of Improvements - Portions of Alameda de las Pulgas <br /> <br />(Woodside)," a copy of which is presently on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Engineer, to which copy reference is made for full <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
