<br />,r .. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DES:yc:5/5/69 <br /> <br />ORfGINAL <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br />---------- <br /> <br />NO. .$'9 7 ~ <br /> <br />MAY 5 '89 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />PARKWAY FENCING, PENINSULA PARKWAY SECTION-I, BRIDGE <br />PARKWAY SECTION-l FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS,' there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of parkway fencing, <br /> <br />Peninsula Parkway section-I, Bridge Parkway Section-I, for <br /> <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertsie for bids for the doing of such work: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Specifications <br /> <br />for Parkway Fencing, Peninsula Parkway Section-I, Bridge Parkway <br /> <br />Section-I, Redwood City, California, and those certain plans <br /> <br />entitled "Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California - Construction Drawings for Parkway Fencing <br /> <br />- Peninsula Parkway section-l - Bridge Parkway section-I," <br /> <br />prepared by Ribera & Sue, Landscape Architects, and on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans_ ,and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain notice to contractors set forth in <br /> <br />the above mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
