S-97S <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES - MAIN LIBRARY <br />FACILITIES (CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Raymond M. Holt, Pomona, California, for expert consulting <br /> <br />services for that portion of the planning, design and construction <br /> <br />of the Civic Center Complex relating to Redwood city's main <br /> <br />library requirements, which agreement is entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for Consulting Services - Main Library Facilities - (Civic Center <br /> <br />Complex)" and a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk to which copy reference is made for full particulars <br /> <br />concerning the terms and particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
