'\ ~ 't... ,~ ~' ".1., <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. <br /> <br />$1 70 <br /> <br />JiR ~8 'fi <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />PENINSULA PARKWAY - SECTION 1 AND BRIDGE PARKWAY - <br />SECTION 1 (645-4-46) FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 1-64: AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL <br />FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications for the construction of Peninsula Parkway <br /> <br />- Section 1 - Bridge Parkway - Section 1 (645-4-46) for General <br /> <br />Improvement District No. 1-64 in the City of Redwood City: and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Redwood City General <br /> <br />Improvement District 1-64, Redwood City, California,construction <br /> <br />Drawings for Peninsula parkway - Section 1 - Bridge Parkway - <br /> <br />Section 1 (645-4-46)" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br />II Documents and Specifications Drainage, Street, Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />and Water Project, Peninsula Parkway - Section 1, Bridge parkway - <br /> <br />Section 1 (645-4-46) for Redwood City General Improvement District <br /> <br />No. 1-64" prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall, and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br /> <br />the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br /> <br />in the form of that certain Notice to Contractors set forth in the <br /> <br />abovementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
