Rhodes, <br /> <br />Margaret L. Rhodes, Aldo D. Gavazza, C. S. Gavazza, Margaret I. <br /> <br />Kenrick, Russell A. Torrey, Jr., Barbara Torrey, Frank Helmut, <br /> <br />Valentina Helmut, Raymond Harder, Yvonne Harder, Robert Lippi, <br /> <br />O. A. Lippi, Humberto Rivero and Lidia M. Rivero (hereinafter <br /> <br />called "Permittees"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said permit provides for the installation and <br /> <br />construction of certain street improvements by Permittees in a <br /> <br />portion of Bel Air Way, a dedicated right of way in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the above mentioned <br /> <br />permit and desires to approve said permit and authorize its <br /> <br />execu t ion; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ODUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain revocable permit entitled "Revocable Permit to <br /> <br />Enter City Property and to Construct Improvements Thereon (Bel Air <br /> <br />Way Improvements), by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> <br />Permittees above named, a copy of which revocable permit is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is made for the full terms and conditions thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
