S-9S-~ <br /> <br />APR14 'f1J <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FIVE LATEST <br />MODEL POLICE VEHICLES; AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO <br />CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for five latest model, 8 cylinder, 4 door sedan <br /> <br />automobiles to be used for law enforcement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br /> <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> <br />advertise for bids for the furnishing of said automobiles; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />l. Those certain specifications prepared in the office <br /> <br />of the City Manager and on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />consisting of notice of sealed bids, instructions to bidders, <br /> <br />general conditions, bidding forms, specifications, and agreement <br /> <br />for the furnishing of five latest model, 8 cylinder, 4 door sedan <br /> <br />automobiles, to be used for law enforcement purposes, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />call for bids for the furnishing of said automobiles designated <br /> <br />in the aforementioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
