DES:yc:4/7/69 <br />, ,. <br />" ORIGINAL <br /> APR 14 ... <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. -j-'S-S- <br /> ---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLEMENT SERVICE FOR THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a supplement <br /> <br />service to maintain said Code current and accurate; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Municipal Code Corporation of Tallahassee, Florida, <br /> <br />proposes to furnish a looseleaf supplement service for said Code <br /> <br />for the period of two years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed said proposal and desires <br /> <br />to approve and authorize the execution of an agreement for said <br /> <br />services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Contract for the Looseleaf <br /> <br />Supplement Service for the Code of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California by the Municipal Code corporation - Tallahassee, Florida," <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which agreement reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
